"Really glad with this purchase. Functional, cool looking, bluetooth, waterproof. So far it's been great for triathlon training and keeping motivated. "waveriderNY

Pretty easy to install. You have to download software first, and then plug in the watch to your computer. At first it didnt sync, but then I disconnected and re-connected and it worked. Otherwise, very fluid setup.

Super self-explanatory. Plus a lot of add'l info online at the Polar website

So far no problems. I've swam in it, ran in it, and it still looks great. The rubber band is strong and the USB port already built in means you won't be bummed when you're on vacation, need to charge the watch, and realize you left the cable at home.

For a woman with a small wrist, it definitely feels big. That's truly my only complaint. When strapped on my wrist, there is excess band that doesn't get totally clamped down by the sliding rubber band, but theoretically I could just take a scissors and trim some of the band so that it wasn't so long. But it's lightweight.

Very comfortable to wear. I use it with the Polar H7 chest strap to track my Heart Rate and that strap, too, is very comfortable since the sensor is a small rectangular piece of plastic about 2" wide, and sits in the center of your chest.

Totally adjustable.

Like I said, so far so good on durability. I have the white band, so it may get stained or discolored later on, but strong.

I think if you already own an H7 strap, this is a great watch for a good price. Good functions, easy to read display, syncs seamlessly with mobile apps (I have an iPhone 5s it works perfectly with), counts steps/stairs climbed/reminds you when you are inactive.

Looks cool! It's big though.

Multi-function, swappable colored bands, bluetooth compatible, pairs with mobile apps, reliable brand.

Strap is very long, you may need to trim it.
White rubber strap picks up lint very easily.
No GPS, but for $140 I think it's not to be expected.
