Comments:

Had a great swim . Started wayyyy right from my fellow swimmers and swam straight and could feel the current take me and push me along side the docks and when the dock ended I swam straight towards the docks and had to fight the current alittle but once it got hold of me again I had an easy swim the docks. I enjoyed the swim alottttt

Post race
Warm down:

Had a coke and a bagel and walked around talking to friends

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing I did not put my full heart in it except the swim and just wanted to end my tri season with a none injury .

Event comments:

Have a timing mat when you get out of the water for swim time and add the long run to your T1 time. A swim time is how long you SWIM not how long you swim and get out and run to the first timing sensor
