didn't push on the swim just tried to relax and finish not in a hurry at all

still need swim lessons,try to compete a little more , rather then just a nice liesurely drip in the lake

stopped to soon to mount, should ran pass the guy in front of me but he stopped short and got me off guard

clip shoes on bike rather then sitting down to put them on ,it ws my first day with clip ins and just trying to get use to them again wasn't out to win

might have had a little more in me but I wasnt really out to win and I still finished 3rd and made the poduim.so I had fun , build some moe endurance and really enjoyed my day (No in made my whole weekend) :-)

Warm down:

walked around ,put my things away took all my gear back to the truck and then changed into dry clothes and then found out I came in Third Place in my age group and recieved a Monagram Glass Of the Event with a Pair of Sport Socks both of with I will never use, Just keep them to remind me of that weekend I won Third in my Age

What limited your ability to perform faster:

mostly the swim,still not up to par
