Pre-race routine:

1/2 Bagel, Banana, and some water
Event warmup:

Hung out w/ my wife, and friends. Took it easy. Not a big "WARM-Up" guy...
Swim
  • 35m 44s
  • 2187 yards
  • 01m 38s / 100 yards
Comments:

Felt ok about the swim. About 2 minutes slower than I wanted it to be...
Transition 1
  • 02m 10s
Comments:

Felt good about this considering how far we had to run to mount our bikes, and pack up our wetsuits for the truck to take..
Bike
  • 3h 10m 5s
  • 58 miles
  • 18.31 mile/hr
Comments:

I felt pretty good on the bike, and felt descent about nutrition, and pace. Didn't pay too much attention to HR, but I should have, AS I SUFFERED LATER!
What would you do differently?:

Pay closer attention to Nutrition, and HR
Transition 2
  • 02m 58s
Comments:

I am not sure why it took so long (a descent run to rack), and I put socks on, but I guess it is ok...
What would you do differently?:

????
Run
  • 2h 36m 54s
  • 13.1 miles
  • 11m 59s  min/mile
Comments:

Right around Mile 5 (right after water station) I got sick. I could not keep anything down. I threw up water, and red gatorade! I didn't feel better afterward. At the next water station I would get the BURPS! I didn't drink anything again until mile 10, and @ that point I was fried. It was 95 degree's, @ 4500' and on BLACK ASPHALT! I could not rally. Very bummed about my run time, which hurt me overall.
What would you do differently?:

Figure out NUTRITION!
Post race
Warm down:

Sat under a cold shower at the finish line, and drank about 4 waters.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat, Nutrition, and Going out too hard to fast...

Event comments:

This is a great race, and a beautiful area. I would recommend it to everyone. They have a HUGE VARIETY OF EVENTS!
