Comments: Goggles were too dark and foggy so i didn't site well at all Probably swam an extra 50 yards Never got into a rhythm Didn't breath bilaterally well What would you do differently?: Different goggles or no goggles. Focus more on breathing/siting timing...in other words work out a number of strokes for every site and stick to it. Transition 1
Comments: First time having shoes clipped in already and it was worth it Bike
Comments: Needed to take more fluid. I need to get aero bar bottle to encourage drinking more. Felt strong overall If I knew the course better i could have blown through a lot more corners and kept my momentum going up hills around the corner. Took Clif Shot toward end of bike What would you do differently?: Try to ride/drive the course before hand if possible. Transition 2
Comments: Got out of shoes too soon...otherwise it was pretty good Glad i had race number on and tucked into jammers the whole time. One less thing to worry about. What would you do differently?: Not much...just go faster Run

Stretched some
Jogged about a mile with some pick ups
Came back into Transition and practiced run to bike
Worked on getting into bike shoes (with rubberbands)
road about a mile
Drank Muscle Fule and sipped water while in line at swim.
Got in water and swam about 150 yards
