Post race
Warm down:

None. Grabbed a few bites to eat. Stretched for about 5 minutes on the ground, drove back to hotel, showered and then drove 2.5 hours home. I was home by noon!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did not train for this race at all and as a matter of fact, was not even going to do it until 2 days before the race. A more focused training approach probably would have lead to a sub 1:45 time.

Event comments:

I would absolutely do this race again! I've done many races "AT" Disney that were put on by non-Disney race directors, but this was the first race I've done that was put on "BY" Disney. There is a difference! Heed the race instructions; arrive at the times that they specify to arrive and you will be absolutely golden! I couldn't believe how easy it was to get in and get out. I'll be back next year... with friends!

Performance: Good
Lots of lateral moves required, hence the 13.35 distance. That's what I ran, so that's what I'm writing.
Course: Flat with just a few dips here and there (small underpasses that Disney service vehicles use) until miles 11 & 12. You will hit 3 overpass bridges (highway overpasses this time... and not small ones) during miles 11 & 12. Mile 13 will flatten back out again as you run through Epcot.
