Pre-race routine:

stretching, shower, Syntha-6 strawberry with strawberries, blueberries and banana. Drove to venue, chit chat, chill. Kinda sparse.
Event warmup:

took a couple light runs, pooped, wetsuit on and headed to water. It was warm!

I went sloooooow. And I loved it! Never felt tires, never had to stop, never had to backstroke...I took it easy and it really paid off, best swim ever.

Warm down:

grabbed a frs, bad! Walked around, chatted, got the bike and headed to the can. Muscle Milk and crytosport and homeward.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

hmmm, faster bike, faster run, tweak swim a touch. I could have swam 1.2miles easy the way I felt.
