Woke up around 4:00am, 1/2 bagel, 1 scrambled egg, 1 cup coffee. Headed to Solana around 5.

Had an issue getting my wetsuit off, took my shorts with it cause they are huge on me! Gotta work on T1 could easily take off a min or 2.

Ride more! Also get a professional fitting, I'm still very uncomfertable on the bike.

Not getting the training in since I was stuck at work. All my training was on the treadmill or trainer
