Pre-race routine:

Got to race early, parking was a pain. Bike set and to water

I flat ran out of time talking ! Before I knew it the horn went off and I still had my goggles in my hand

Had a good swim with the 1/2 people in, although I got caught between 2 packs and was alone. Front pack I could have caught but didnt want to and sure didnt wanna slow just to swim with back pack
What would you do differently?:

Been ready and stayed with front pack. Not getting goggles on till in the water put me a bit behind. Should have goten in and swam to be at front when I came out of water on to land to start

T1 went well with no issues, well there was the problem of getting my pills into my side pockets. The covers wouldnt move but it was minor

It seemed harder but I dont think it was. L butt cheek was killing me for some reason from mile 30 on. Might have pushed a bit to much going out.
What would you do differently?:

Ease up into headwind and jam it out coming back next time

This time flew by, I didnt think I was in there that long but guess I got caught up somewhere.
What would you do differently?:

Go back to no shoe laces and just pulling them on and a quick tug of laces. Did have to empty pockets and refill for run salt sticks etc.

I flat fell apart from mile 2 on. Had problems keeping things down and felt really sick. Had to do a lot of run walks and just hold the run as long as I could.
What would you do differently?:

Im getting a new water bottle for bike. I was lost on why the run was so hard and the answer was found when i went and got my bike. My fuel bottle had leaked the entire time and I didnt know it or how much leaked out. I only know that at mile 80 I only had 6oz left going into the run so used it just in little bits going into T2. But by time I started I was so out of it stomach couldnt handle mush of anything and coming back from that was painful and dont wanna do it again.

Couldnt do much I was sick and even into the next day

FUEL !!

Course: Out n back 2X , it was good and bad. Good you got to see everyone bad the sidewalk sucked. Had a bad canter to it in parts.
