Pre-race routine:

One Coffee and one bottle of Gatorade 30Mins before start. I was very tired and stomach a little upset that morning. Having people over for dinner the night before did not help.

I should have been able to get up the Park Road Hill, but was still knocked out by the swim and not feeling great overall. I had to walk part of the way and when I decided to mount up and ride, I did the clipless fall over.....dohhhhhh. Small elbow scrape. The rest of the ride was fun.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Body Fat!!! Since starting this 6 months ago, I have dropped close to 40lbs but still in the high 250's. This is my first sprint and I am VERY happy to have completed it.
I could of course always train more.
