I had two goals in this race, it being my first. One, finish, and two, don't walk the run. I walked up 3 of the hills, but only for a short distance, and still had a good pace for me!

Course: Good god, that grade in the back of the course was brutal. The only triathlon benefit to being heavy is that you pass lots of folks on the down hills! Beautiful ride, though.
