Pre-race routine:

Had a liquid breakfast, nothing special, just went to the race got checked in and waited for the start.

Swam around in the ocean for a minute but that was it.

Swim was so short I was actually with the pack for pretty much the entire swim, it was hard to gte a rythem going though with so many people around.
What would you do differently?:

Still need to get much better at swimming

The time includes both my transitions so I was actually a little faster than it seems. Looks like the bike has overtaken running as my strength, although part of that is my running has fallen off a bit from lack of training. I still feel like I have a lot of room for improvement in the bike though.
