One Hammer Perpetuem and 1 Power-Bar gel 1x Caffiene. 2 cups of coffeee and plenty of water.
Event warmup:

Jump rope for 5 minutes. Didn't get to pre-swim.

Poor sighting; passed the 1st bouy by 20 or more yards, veered off course twice during the swim, probably a good 30 yards out of my way. Oh well, live and learn.

Warm down:

Walked a bit after the chip came off. Didn't have Hammer Recoverite, so had a chocolate milk, which, as usual, made me sick at my stomach.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Navigating the OWS. Did my best on the bike and run.
