  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: It was a well run race. For me it was physically taxing due at least in part to the high humidity levels. Aside from that I think it was still challenging, especially the run.

  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: Tri The Parks once again put on a great race. Mistletoe is scenic and quiet. A great family outing destination. It's "in the middle of no where". I recommend you bring a picnic lunch and stay and relax by the lake a few hours.

  • Comments: Usual Tri the Parks race. Well run. The park people did not open the gates on time but that is not the fault of the race people. They were in there waiting for us.

  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: Overall I'm happy with my results. I came in faster in every event compared to last year and PR'd last years time of 1:19:36. I just need to continue to try and get those run times down and I could be a little more competitive.

  • Comments: a PR so it was best for me! I actually had trained enough to do this without too much strain. It was a lot of fun, versus my first where I was simply trying to finish. My goal was 1:40; my dream was 1:30 and I finished in 1:28:36!!! I guess I didn't calculate that very well. But also I've improved a lot of the bike since the first tri. Running wasn't any better; in fact it was slightly slower.

  • Comments: I really wanted to do a little better but overall I guess I am ok with this race. I was hoping to be closer to 1:15 so now I know I have work to do. The bad swim really messed me up and it took a bit to refocus. I need to find another race before Augusta so I can feel better.

  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: I could have easilly...easilly been 3 minutes faster on the run, which would have put me 2nd AG and in the top 20 overall. BUt, knowing my fitness is there despite not much running lately is pretty encouraging.

  • Comments: They screwed up the results from the race, so they had to go through every single racer's results again. Awards started almost 2 hours late. Most didn't even stay, but I REALLY wanted that medal haha.
