• Comments: not well staffed and course directions not great. did an extra 1/2 mile of hills on first lap because wasn't marked well. at end when went back to 1st transition no one was guarding the transition area and anyone could have walked in and taken our stuff.

• Comments: The location and course were great but the event organizer seemed a little disorganized - directions on bike course were great, but directions on run course could have been better, and the run could have had mile markers or at least volunteers who knew the mileage. The body marks didn't have age, which was a little odd. The swim start and the first two swim waves that were carried way off course were a little scary. There certainly could have been better planning and more kayak coverage in the water. Also a system to count laps would be helpful and would eliminate "odd" bike times.

• Comments: A solid race and a nice west coast tri debut for me. I might suggest that they get stronger volunteers - perhaps from the local running/tri clubs. I think they utilized a local school or something and the kids didn't often know what to do or what the race was about. Otherwise, great.
