  • Comments: This is a pretty hilly course, both bike and run.

  • Comments: The swim wasn't ideal. It was a small venue, the water wasn't the cleanest, there were lots of weeds, small swimways, and a small area to start an in water start. Despite that, it was still manageable. The transition area was organized and plenty of space. The bike course was challenging, nice, scenic, and well-organized. The run course was very challenging and nice in many ways; however, due to the variety of terrains, and danger of large stones on descents around bends, I'd say that the run course was closer to an xterra type of course.
