• Description: Following on from the Sprint distance event held at this venue in June, the challenge steps up to the standard distance.
  
  This time the swim comprises of 2 laps of the lake, with an exit from the water after one lap, before re-commencing the 2nd lap. The swim exit lends itself to an ideal viewing area for spectators.
  
  Following the swim, a fast, scenic bike course awaits, could this be the event to gain that PB? Finally the run comprises of a 1 loop, 10Km on quiet country roads.
