• Description: “RHYTS,” as we call it, is a kid-focused race of varying distances according to age. Each participant earns awards based on their finish in that race PLUS series points for an award after the final race at the end of Summer.
  
  All RHYTS events are hosted by the Highlands County Family YMCA. The swim will be held in the newly constructed 25 yard pool, with the bike course running through the surrounding community and the run course contained with the Max Long Recreation Complex.
