• Description: All courses include rolling, but mostly very runnable hills. Because there is always a chance of rain before and (hopefully not) during the race, the courses chosen are generally "wet weather" friendly. This means the 5K will be entirely on paved trails around the lake. The 10K course is roughly 50% on paved trails and 50% on dirt trails. The half marathon is approximately 30% on paved trails 70% on dirt trails.
