  Bike: The Sprint 18 mile course is an out and back with challenging hills. The 36 mile Olympic Course consists of 2 loops of the Sprint Course.
  
  Run: The 5k/10k runs are on trails of dirt and crushed granite and and consist of out and backs along with some loops. The 10k route is challenging with some climbs.
