• Description: Big changes are in store for Anchor Splash, as the race moves to Oak Ridge Melton Hill Marina, making the RDE season finale an open water swim. 750 meter “point to point, with the current”, wet suit legal swim, 15 mile rolling bike course, and 4 mile flat run on the Melton Hill greenway. Greenlayer shirts and unique “Secret City” awards highlight the swag. Look for more information on this exciting new event as we get closer to the season. As in the previous two years, Double Grand Prix points will be awarded at Anchor Splash available toward Grand Prix series competition, with Grand Prix awards presented immediately following race awards. Delta Gamma sorority is the volunteer group, with proceeds going to Club Vibes. Expected participation—250.
