  Time: 7:30 am check-in; 8:10 mandatory pre-race meeting; 8:30 first wave

  Ages: 3-18
  
  Each participant receives an iTri t-shirt, swim cap and medal.
  
  New this year... open to 3 and 4 year olds with an additional new course that is to be completed with an adult in the Pool!
  
  Green Course: swim 1 length with an adult, bike 1/2 mile, run 200 yards
  
  Blue Course: swim 3 lengths, bike 1 mile, run 1/2 mile
  
  Yellow Course: swim 6 lengths, bike 3.5 miles, run 1.25 miles
  
  Red Course: swim 16 lengths, bike 5.5 miles, run 2 miles
