Heart Rate and Power

Creating a heart-rate zone
  • Many training plans are heart-rate and power driven.  Our training log supports creating heart rate zones via Lactate Threshold (LT), Karvonen, Age-Adjusted and Meffetone.  All you have to do is supply the test number and it will create your zones.  You can also create your own heart-rate zones.

Logging a workout with heart-rate

  • After you have created your zones, anytime you log a workout, just select the 'Heart-rate' tab and input the time you spent working out in each zone.
