This month, drills make up about 15% of each workout, and we’re adding in a bit of sprinting/anaerobic work.

Practice these three workouts each week for 4 weeks. This month, drills make up about 15% of each workout, and we’re adding in a bit of sprinting/anaerobic work. You should notice that the workouts are beginning to become more advanced- no more playing around! The focus this month will be on increasing speed and maintaining stroke technique.

 

Day 1

 

Warm Up: 400 Count strokes every 4th 50

Drill: 100 Kick on your side

100 Shark Fin drill
