On race day I always turn in faster times on the bike and the run compared to training pace. When it comes to the swim, I am always slower(way slower) WTF? Today, I did 3300yrds total 100 warm up, 6 sets of 500, and 200 cool down. My 100avg was 1m39s I know that pace isn't a blistering speed but its pretty d@mn fast for me. I hope I can get the mental part of the swim under control and when I do maybe I will perform better at the swim on race day along with the other two events. How does everyone else perform on race day compared to training?

Faster run and bike. Swim is always hit or miss. Depends on how close I am to the bouys and how straight I am swimming.

It also depends on the actual length of the swim course vs the stated distance of the swim course.
