My seat is already all the way forward, but I still feel like I want to get more forward.

Where can I find a seat post that can move my position forward?

Search the forums for fast forward seatpost. Profile Design makes the Fast Forward seatpost:

http://www.all3sports.com/product_info.php?pName=profile-design-fast-forward-seatpost&jsenabled=1&osCsid=7131b3dff0e9dfcd68f2fe047e2f79ba

and several manufacturers make a setbakc or  flippable post that you can insert front or back to give you additional adjustability, like Selcof that I use:

I was hoping for something cheaper. I bought my first tri bike last year, and didn't really put a lot of thought into how it fits :(. Eventually I'll get a new tri bike that fits, so I don't want to put too much money into a seat post.

So what's your budget? And what size seatpost (mm dia)?

Check out ebay for used if price is a concern; I'm seeing a used fast forward on ebay (Canada) right now: http://cgi.ebay.ca/PROFILE-DESIGN-FAST-FORWARD-SEATPOST-TRIATHALON-... you can post in the classified section that you're looking for one.

What is the difference between the FF and the FFC besides FFC is Carbon.

FFC
http://www.profile-design.com/products/seatposts/ffc-fast-forward-c...

FF
http://www.profile-design.com/products/seatposts/fast-forward/

The FF looks like it is much more angular than the FF but the stats they give (besides the weight) are exactly the same.

Both are pretty cheap on ebay

I'll second the ebay option.  Like you, I didn't want to spend $85 on a new seat post.  I found a Fast Forward seat post on ebay and got it for $23 (shipping included).  And it even comes with a seat!  I'm waiting patiently for it to show up.

Nitto is another brand that makes a forward type seat post.

Wow, that's an awesome deal. A LBS in Vancouver is asking $110

I think a forward seat post would help a little, but the 38 mm is definitely not enough. Eventually I hope to get a new frame (that fits), so I don't want to spend too much on my current bike, but $23 might be OK.

Edit: The cheapest one I can see on Ebay right now is $53 + shipping.
