When logging swim volume should I include warm up, drills and cool down? I just generally log my main set. I suspect the answer is that it doesn't matter as long as you follow your plan. Any thoughts BT cognisenti?

Also, if any one out there happens to be on Martha's Vineyard, Mass. this weekend and is interested in some OWS PM me. Cold oceans are scary for newbies such as myself.

I log my time for everything except kick [it always pulls down my average ] I also keep very detailed information about each set, lap, etc. so I can always just look at the individual times to see if I'm improving or not.
