Living in Singapore...
Subject: mid-day race start nutrition
I have my first OD tri this weekend and the wave start is 11:10 (which in the Singapore climate is not so good).  Anyway, I have done a few sprints so far and all have been morning starts and I have my nutrition down for those.  What to do for a late start?

it's going to sound dumb but, sleep in an extra couple of hours and then go with your normal routine? just a thought.

Considered that, but I have trouble sleeping in at the best of times.  Can't sleep in anyway - have to check in for the race at about 9am.
