LLF Suncoast Ride Saturday

There are a group of 5 so far meeting at Lutz Lake Fern end of the trail. We will be riding the full 86 end to end, and possibly rounding out a 100 in Flatwoods, on the way back depending how we feel.

Meeting time and roll out is 7:am.

There are a few training for Ironmen, and a couple bikers. 17 mph average for me. But there are a couple that claim faster if you want to take off. I will also run 30 min RPE 3, following the ride.
