Subject: BT Training plan question: workout order

I'm doing the sprint to oly bridge silver plan.  Is there any place in the plan that tells me the order of the workout? I know I need to do bike/runs, but I'm wondering if the order of the workout is provided somewhere in the plan that I'm not seeing.  If not, any suggestions or rules of thumb? My log is up to date if looking at it would help.

Since noone else replied, I'll give it a whirl, even tho I don't have access to the Silver plans!

I don't think it matters except where it says "BRICK". Also, any time there is a bike and run on the same day, I would do them consecutively, as a brick. The more you train your legs to run off the bike, the better.

Just make sure you are fueled and rested before the 2nd workout of the day especially if one of the workouts is a drill, speed or quality session...or maybe put those first if you think the other workout would leave you tired if done first.
