“Having coached endurance athletes for 20 years, I am confident that you will feel stronger and more race ready than you ever have before”, says head coach, Mike Ricci.

D3 Multisport is pleased to offer personalized coaching in a group environment at an affordable rate! Benefits of your monthly program include:

All workouts will be under the supervision of a D3 approved and USAT certified coach.
A limited group of 15 athletes that will provide camaraderie and motivation.
High quality structured workouts to push your limits.
Each week will include 2 swims, 1 track workout, and either a long bike or long run.
Entry into the swim facility will be included in your monthly rate.
A general monthly training program will be provided.
Coaches will lead the workouts with DESIRE, DETERMINATION & DISCIPLINE.
Build fitness for the 2009 season and/or sharpen up for the last few races of 2008
16 coached workouts a month at less than $6.25 per workout!
Preparedness for your race – we will help you reach your goals.

BE READY TO RIP IT THE NEXT TIME YOU RACE. Workouts will be held in Boulder. Actual locations will be determined based upon the workout. Swims will be at the North Boulder Recreation Center Wed. and Fri. at 6:30 am.. Track workouts will be Tues. at 6 pm. Long bike and run bricks will be on Sat. at 9 am. Long runs will be on Sun. at 8 am.
