Master 1809 hiding in your closet | Subject: RE: Team Skinny - Back to School (Sept 08) well no difinative answer on my knee other than it is not arthritis. xrays were normal. get to see a ortho specialist next. in the meen time my doc told me if i want to run take it easy and slow listen to my knee. think i will try walking a few miles with some really short jogs on sat. |

Master 1726 Sacramento, California | Subject: RE: Team Skinny - Back to School (Sept 08) Shermmie- Good luck with the Du I have a long run planned for tomorrow (for me that is 4 miles), and a shorter 2-3 mile run planned for Sunday...I can't wait till I am back to tri training, but I feel with four weeks to go and running being what I am weakest at I need to focus on it till I finish this 5K. Hope every one has a safe weekend...oh and fun too!

I piddled around too long before starting my ride, and the setting sun caught up to me during my planned ride. I had to cut it about 20m short of planned. Oh well, still a good Z2/Z3 ride for me. |
