Subject: Best Hydration Pack
I am building my long run and don't like to stop when I am running long, especially going into air conditioned gas stations. I seem to be about right with my 5 bottle (+1 gel) fuel belt for amount of hydration even though a fully frozen bottle is warm by the time I get 1/2 way. Since I will be going longer, I am planning on switching to a hydration pack. What does everyone think is the best lightweight pack with no required storage and plenty of capcity for long runs?

I used to have a Walmart brand (?Next?) 60oz pack and put a 100oz ?polar? bladder in it. The larger bladder was similar to the Polarpak Gel Cooled Reservoir, which was nice because the fluid wouldn't freeze as bad in the winter and stayed cold longer in the summer.

I have debated getting a smaller 40oz and wearing it with my fuel belt but thought it may be difficult to have 2 belts. I could get a 70 oz back pack style or 100oz back pack style and supplement with my fuel belt as required or for shorter runs where I don't need the fluid. What do you think would be best?

Sorry, I meant to put this is equipment, but can figure out how to move it now that it is posted.

Running with camelbaks can cause back problems, so be careful.

When I wore a camel pack before I rubbed a bare spot on my back. I found out that with proper adjustment I avoided this issue.
