For Sale: Louis Garneau Ergo Air Revo road shoes
Size 42.5 / Condition: Great
Price: $50 or best offer (s/h included) (price on box is $150)

Okay... I'm listing again.  If anyone is interested, let me know and make an offer.  These shoes are doing nobody any good sitting in my closet.

I bought these shoes earlier this summer in hopes of replacing my current shoes and rode with them just three times. Unfortunately these LG's are just a touch too small for me, and now they're just sitting in my closet.

Here's the description for the shoes from a website: Upper in nylon mesh and leather for superior ventilation and great foot support. Three-strap fastener: one with ratchet, the others with velcro for strong support. Weight: 314 g/11.1 oz. Outsole compatible with SPD, SPD-R, Look, and Time Mid cleats. NOTE: I also saw on the LG site that they will work with SpeedPlay cleats.  Inner soles include blue for hot weather and red for cold weather.

LG Road Shoes #1

The extra soles you see are for riding in cold weather. They actually block the cold air from hitting your foot from through the bottom of the shoe. The blue soles (currently inside the shoe) are meant for warm season riding and provide as much ventilation into your shoe as possible. Very nice!

LG Shoes #2

The only visible mark of wear (besides basic wear from walking in stores, parking lots, and such) is on the bottom of the left shoe. I was using SPD cleats and one of my screws came out during a ride. I kept popping out of my pedal because I was only riding with one screw in the cleat, so I took out my multi-tool and tightened the remaining screw really tight. Because of that, you can see the teeth mark from where the SPD cleat was tightened on.

LG Shoes #3

As listed above, these shoes will work with SPD, SPD-R, Look and Time Mid cleats, but cleats are not included. Extra ratchet straps are included (as seen in the first picture). Post here or send me a PM if you are interested or if you have any questions.

I might be intrested.  I wear an 8 in running shoes mens (Pearl Izumis).  Does this shoe fit about like an 8 or 9 in running shoe?

FYI
You buy running shoes a 1/2 to 1 size bigger since your foot expands as you run where as the biek shoe you fit it exactly too your foot size.

I would highly recommend trying on some biek shoes prior to buying online. You really dont want your foot to move too much in biek shoes

According to the LG sizing chart website, their size 42.5 is equivalent to a size 9.5 in other shoes.  I normally wear a 9.5, and these seemed a bit small in the toe box for me.
