Subject: Turbo trainer help needed

Due to the rubbish weather in England I am thinking of getting a turbo trainer to keep the training going over winter.

can anyone tell me when I fix the bike to the trainer do I have to change the quick release system on the back wheel or will it fit straight on with that in place. ?

Yes, you'll need to fit the QR supplied with the trainer but you can then just leave this in when riding out on the road so you won't be having to change it every time you ride indoors.

If you've still got any doubts as to whether a trainer is worth it or not I would say it's the best and most valuable cycling related thing I've bought (other than the bike of course).

I did find these when looking a while back, but in the end decided to upgrade to quick release. I'm not sure if they are only compatible with their trainers?? Anyone know??
