Wondering how everyone's training is going? I am in Minnesota trying to run in the frigid temperatures. For the last week or two, it's been below 0 in the morning when I run. -13 actual temp just a week or so ago. Arizona will feel great!
This will be my 2nd half mary-the last one being last year's PF Chang with my brother. Looking forward to a little get away.

WOW, it was 50 degrees out yesterday when I ran and I was freezing my azz off.

Training is good. This week has been a little weird but Monday I went 13.1 in 2:04:16 wich I felt pretty good about. My goal is sub 2:00:00 so I know I can handle the distence and push the pace to get my goal. Tomorrow I'm running 15 miles which will be the most ever.

Best of luck training in the crappy weather!

Well I sprained my ankle christmas eve so todays long run was a bike instead.  Its rapidly improving but I want it better FAST. No screwing around I don't have time.  This is a do it for fun race for me anyway,
