So who is in?

I'm in.  Not really trained for it, but it'll be fun.

Here are some tips:

1. If it's flat and there is room, book it.  This is where you can pass folks with ease.
2. Look ahead for runners in the woods.  This will give you a hint about the terrain ahead.
3. Charge the shorter hills and recover on the downhills.  Pace yourself on the big hills. 
4. These folks are runners.  They are really nice, but they'll play games.  You need to pass when they aren't looking. 
5. About a mile from the finish you will be running through the woods with nothing but flagged trees to guide you.  It's to hard to pick a spot to pass and not break your leg.  Get right on their rear and take it easy.  They will be focused on not letting you pass and will waste energy.  You'll have about 100 yds of open ground to pass them before the finish. 
6. Drink the hot chocolate after you finish.  It's tasty.
