What race? That is a pretty ugly time for northerners to train for long distance races. I'm doing Boston and believe a couple more MG'ers will be too. Anyone else interested in that alternative? 
Had a great swim lesson with SJ. My only bit of praise came from my backstroke. Apparently I swallowed the appropriate amount of water. I'm starting bilateral breathing and EVF next....always something with swimming. Oh and I am going to give aqua jogging a whirl. Anyone else ever done that? is it easy to do? tips? |
