Subject: rule question
Hey all. I am doing 1/2 Iron Disney/Florida (my first) and am wondering if I will be allowed to use a camelbak for carrying water on the bike. That is what I have trained with and don't really want to get a handle bar bottle.

Also, on the bike, how do the water stations work? Do they hand out bottles you can put in your cage, or is it only cups, like on a run?

Thanks for any info

Hey, welcome!  I'm also doing the Florida Half as my first half.  You can definitely use CamelBacks with no problems.  Races I've done with aid stations on the bike they handed out sports bottles of Gatorade or Water.  Sports bottles like the gatorade or water comes from the store.  I guess that really mean plastic bottles with the sports top for drinking.  I'm guessing that is how it will work at Florida as  well.  That means you have to have a bottle you are willing to toss so you can rotate.
