Subject: Folsom OWS June 20th

Since I am sidelined with injuries (again) and I am only working on my swimming, I am doing this OWS event.  I am not sure if I am doing the 1.2 or 2.4 miles yet but i am in.   Anybody else doing this event?

My sis & I are planning to do the 1.2, but haven't entered yet. Have you done it before? She did the Folsom International Tri there last fall, so we've seen it, at least. I had a broken rib, so missed the experience!

Hope the injury heals well.
