Subject: What's your ideal racing weather Both of the tri's I've done so far have been in what I consider ideal racing weather - between 55-60, overcast. I've seen some people referring to this temp as a bit too cold for them. I was just wondering if there is a lot of variance in people's ideal conditions.
When it's hot out I'm toast. I just recently did a 5 mile running race with the temperature in the mid-70's and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. My times reflected it, too. Then again, I do most of my running training at 5:30A, so I'm used to colder temps. |
