What:   Open Water Swim Clinic

When:  Friday, July 17^th @ 5:30am-7am – Outdoor pool or

Sunday, July 19^th @ 6pm-7:30pm – Outdoor pool

Where: LifeTime Fitness Center - Sugar Land Texas

Purpose:  To learn and practice open water swimming skills such as sighting for buoys, swimming around buoys, swimming in close proximity of others, swimming through rough water, beach water entry and exit, and breathing patterns recommended for open water swimming.  We will also address passing in a pool triathlon swim.

Ideal for:  Triathletes and swimmers interested in open water swims.  Applicable for short or long distance triathlons (Sprint through Ironman) and Open Water races.

Cost:  $24-LifeTime Members $30 – Non Members

Register by Tuesday, July 14^th and receive a $4 discount.   $20 for Members, $26 for Non Members.

Cash, credit card and check accepted at LifeTime with attached registration and waiver form.

Items needed for class:  writing utensil, paper, swim suit, cap and goggles.  Towels, lockers and showers are provided by LifeTime.  Wet suits are not needed.
