Swim: Consistancy in workouts. Aiming for 3 workouts week, 1500yards+ 1 per week 2500yards+
Bike: Hit 30 hours on the bike. 5 long rides ths month. 3 hills, 2 flats.
Run: Get outside more. Treadmill is a necessity, but one run of 6+ miles outside each week
Weights: Consistancy in workouts. Get them in, where ever I can
Diet: >2500 cals of clean food. 2 sushi nights this month after 4+ hour bike rides. Those are the only cheat days.

) Weights? if you count 32oz. gatorade curls *rolleyes* I MUST get this in. I can feel the difference. I'm not nearly as explosive as I was early on.

) Diet was a failure. too much bike volume, and just plain eating too much.
SO! May is a training camp month for me. Sort of a Base 2 month along with the first two weeks of June. So I'm going big! looking forward to the 1/2 Vineman, I need to make sure the legs have it.
Goals:
a
) 1 long swim, 1 interval swim, 1 recovery swim per week.
b
) 600 miles on the bike. I think I can hit it. It will be hard.
c
) 4 Runs per week. I need to get the feel for lots of running. Begin working to a 10 miler by June 1
d
) I have to get weights in. This is the time to get my core back.
