One Last Tri- Sept 13, 2009

Also competing with Square Lake weekend...

I've done this one twice. Two years ago it was a pool swim but they moved it out to Big Marine last year.

It's a very, very small and laid back race - only 33 racers last year. They don't even have chip timing. That's not to say it's a bad race, just want to let you know what to expect. I'd probably do it again this year but I'm volunteering for IMoo that weekend.

It's the only race I can say I finished in the top 3 in my AG Ok, so there were only 6 of us....so what!

I'll be at One Last Tri. Sounds like a good laid back race for those of us new to the sport.

I signed up for the race a few weeks ago.  From what I have heard they do a good job with race organization.  Hopefully it is a good time.

I won't be in town that weekend but would do it if I were. < 100 registrants last year. Folks at Tri Fitness will do it up right.

I agree with the people at Tri Fitness doing it right.  I may be doing Square Lake by chance of getting a co-workers entry, but had considered this one as well.  I should listen to my gut and forget another tri and start busting my butt for the marathon since I am behind on training for that like crazy.
