Subject: Nutrition Thread - Week of 9/7 to 9/13
Hello all - this thread is moving over from the Triing for Weightloss forum.  Its purpose is for people who are interested in sharing their daily food intake.  I find it interesting to see how others eat, and also find it easier to meet my nutritional goals when I know I'm going to post them online at the end of the day.  If you're interested in this too, post away!

Any format is fine, even a link to your fitday/daily plate.  Feel free to include or exclude calories/macro nutrient profiles.

I'm here!  I was looking in the weightloss forum and I didn't read last weeks.

Anyway, I was sick for awhile last week and then did not eat so healthy when I finally felt like eating.  I need to focus and do better on eating.  Not just eating low fat and under calories, but eating more veggies and fruit.

Here's my plan for today:

breakfast: v8 (small can), 2 hard boiled egg whites, coffee

lunch: leftover baked french toast (low fat recipe), 2 sausage links, blueberries, water

dinner: baked chicken, spinach salad, water

I will probably need an afternoon snack in there and maybe something after dinner.  I have a 7 mile run planned, so I'll drink some Powerade and have some chocolate milk after.
