| Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and the sport. I have been a runner for the past two years and just last month completed the Chicago marathon. Glad to have found a forum like this to learn as much as I can. My goal is to race in the 2010 Louisville KY Ironman, now I know that this sounds abitious to some but I believe I can do it. So on I train!!! | |

| Hey, new to this all myself (1 week on the forum), but I've found this is an awesome place for info. The training logs are really helpful and seems like a friendly forum.
I'm also from Chicago. If you're ever in the mood for a short (3-5 mile) run on Mondays/Wednesdays I'm in a running group on the northside thats pretty fun. We have a few tri folks there too. Just PM me.

| And family too. When they ask why can't you just skip remeber your goal! There are some really good clubs and check out Chicago triathletes unite on meetup.com. Chicago TRI Club and element are two good clubs
