Comments: Eventually I'll get around to buying clipless, until then, I'll be battling those stupid baskets...T1 was better this time around, it was a bit of a distance from the pool to the Transition area so my time was still up, but everyone's was the same What would you do differently?: Get Clipless Bike

What limited your ability to perform faster: The fact that I'm just NOT a morning person Event comments: For 6am on a Sunday the running club had volunteers to help, and put on a nice little organized event, Heck, I'm very much considering joining the running club because of it. I got up at 5am, Race was at 6 ish.. My routine was simple, go to the store, grab a cup of coffee, and head to the gym to set up :)
I wore the wrong watch and the one I wore didn't have split memory, so all my times are approximations(Except for the bike and finish time)
