Comments: Good run. Walked about 1/2 of the distance. Ran for the first 3/4 mile and then did a decent 2 minute run/walk. Didn't stress the cardio system but the legs hurt in the calves and the shins. What would you do differently?: Need to lose some weight. I know that is a continuing mantra with me but if I lost some weight, then I think I could run better. Post race
