Subject: Gotta Find My Motivation I've had a NASTY cold for the better part of two weeks and I'm finally starting to round the corner. Last night it was raining when I got home, so I planned on doing a trainer ride. I set my bike up on the trainer, looked right at it, said "Meh"... and proceeded to play Basketball on the Wii. The excitement just wasn't there. I haven't been able to run/swim/bike for SO long that I feel like I just fell out of my groove. Now... I gotta find a way to get back in the groove.
