Subject: Looking for a good training plan? Hey guys..I am on the prowl for a good training program to complete my first Olympic in about 14 weeks..I just completed my first marathon about 4 weeks ago and i have been swimming for about the past year..I can swim fairly easily (but slow ) for close to an hour. I don't have much biking experience. I am going to do some sprints between now and then also. It would be nice to have some nutritional advice along with the training program...I had a hard time keeping up my weight and energy during the final weeks of my marathon training. I also bonked at the race on mile 25 because my glycogen level got way too low..the last mile was pretty ugly..Any and all suggestions are welcome...thanks! |
